MOTIVATION LETTER

In today’s world, the appropriate amount of effort and strategic decisions are what determine ones progress in life. All human beings differ significantly from one another in terms of mental Capabilities. If someone selects a profession that is coherent with his or her mental inclination there is a good chance that he/she will achieve excellence in his/her field. Here in a third-world country, various factors are responsible for the deteriorating quality of education and circumstances.
Media has become almost as necessary as food and clothing. It is true that media is playing an outstanding role in strengthening the society; it’s a mirror of the society and the watch dog of the political democracy. Its duty is to inform, educate and entertain the people. They help us to know what’s going on around the world. It is the media who shape our lives and awareness is spreading in the society. World would be incomplete without the media.
Since my BS (Hons) studies, I have been especially interested in “(Program Name)” which has always fascinated me. There is a huge scope of application all over world. In view of limited opportunities of study in this field in "Home Country Name", I have worked hard in my part and intend on doing even better in the years to come. I have gone through the course outlines of quite a few German universities and have come to the conclusion that the course offered by "University Name" is one of the best available in "Country Name". I have been advised by my parents and teachers to make an effort to study this subject further at a renowned foreign university.
"Country Name" welcoming foreign policy, excellent education standards and distinct approach to teaching have all inspired me tremendously. This has assured me that studying in Germany can benefit me more than perhaps anywhere else in the world.
I shall appreciate an opportunity to join the course of study at this university

However it would be better you write your motivation into small paragraphs rather than without paragraphs or long paragraphs.

SAY GOOD BYE TO EXAM PHOBIA

I read an article (SAY GOOD BYE TO EXAM PHOBIA) in DAWN Newspaper. This article was published in March 20, 2010. This article liked by me very much because some instructions are given related to exam phobia in this article. In this article author told us some advices that help us to how we over come the exam phobia.

SAY GOOD BYE TO EXAM PHOBIA

Advice, when exams arrives, students be come extremely worried and make plans about how to study, how to perform better and get good grades. Some students find exams so difficult that the phobia makes them sick as they simply find themselves unable to cope up with the exam fear.

LOVE YOUR STUDIES

Attitude matters a lot during exams. Students whose attitude towards education is negative usually obtain less or averages marks while students who enjoy studying always do well. That’s why thinking about studies as dull boring hard etc, will only add more difficulties in your learning process. Love your studies the way you love your toys games etc.

PLAY TIME

Parents should always supervise their children’s activities but excessive restrictions during exams should be avoided as it may make children rebellious and dull. They need breaks to refresh themselves so they must have some time to play too. Sometimes due to the over expectations of parents children fall ill before the exams or blank out the exam day. Do not eliminate your relaxing activities such as plying or TV from your daily schedule because these activities are extremely important in revitalizing you as continuous studies and not relaxation can make you exhausted.

 AVOID GETTING STRESSED

Stress is very common during exams but its treatment is in your own hands. One should make a timetable before exams. This is one of the best ways to avoid last minute preparations and getting stressed out. Cramming should always be avoided an understanding and comprehending a topic should be preferred. High performing students always study on regular basis. They study at least two hours a day so that there is no tension of trying to learn a lot during the exam days.

STUDYING FOR EXAMS

Here are some tips that will help you study in a better way for exams.

1 Ask a teacher’s advice on how to study for particular course.

2 Take short breaks while studying. This will release your stress.

3 Get enough sleep and have nutritious food. 4 Plan your study timings.

4 Do exercise or at least walk or play to refresh your body.

5 If you are studying in the evening do not sleep right after you complete you stop studying. First release your stress by walking or listening music or doing anything that interests you and after that go to sleep.

ON THE EXAM DAY

Have a healthy breakfast but avoid oily and heavy things. Do the final revision of the most important topics after breakfast.Get the material organized and recheck you’re stationary (Pen, Pencil, Compass box, etc) in your bag. If you are feeling tension practice deep breathing. Get engaged in positive self-talk. Never revise at the last movement.

IN EXAMINATION HALL

Take the water bottle along with you to take examination hall.

Organized every things you need i.e pen, rural, etc

Plan out your timing during the examination.

Practise deep breathing and focus on something positive.

Do not start your paper right after getting it from the examiner. First read the instructions and then all questions carefully. Then start the paper from the question that you know the best.

AFTER THE EXAMINATION

Do not get stressed after you are done with your paper-whatever is done can not be changed.

Do not include in camprision with others by asking how they answered the questions- it will only add to your worries.

Aim to improve in the next examination if some thing goes to wrong.

So these are some instructions which help us to over come the exam phobia and also help to get good marks/grade in final exam. One thing always remember you are not the only one who has to go through the worries phase of exams¬¬----generations have appeared in the past for examination and generations will be appearing in the future too.
